General Impression
Overall Rating:
/ 10the Program was super nice, the people there were super kind and the accomodation was very comfortable. They helped me in all they could and living in a volunteer house gave me the opportunity to meet people from other countries.Country
It is not a country for everyone, because is very different to Europe but it gives you the opportunity to see new things and learn a lot, not only from how they live, but also from the religions they practise.
Project & Staff
The staff is incredible, Shankar is always there for all what you could need. He cooks, cleans and manages all the stuff to make the experience as better as possible. Sahil and Rajiv are also available and if you have any problem about the proyect they fix it immediatelly. I have the opportunity to be in one of the Childcare projects and the experience was amazing. The kids were very cute and the teacher still send me pictures of them and we stay in touch
Tips
first of all, have information about where are you going because Delhi is super big and sometimes is overwhelming, Although the first week could be hard because of the change, it will get better and better. Travelling to other places next to Delhi for me was a fantastic way to change my mind and live more the experience. Your English does not have to be perfect, day a day you improve it.
